2. Fee-Based Features & Pricing
Users may access our premium AI Script Doctor PRO tools for a flat fee of ₹100.00 INR per upload. This fee covers the processing tokens required to analyze your screenplay text or PDF and compile an extensive 18-module structural dashboard report.
3. Payment Processing via Razorpay
All financial transactions on this platform are securely routed and processed via Razorpay’s payment gateway. Film Industry Club does not handle, collect, or store your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on our database servers. By initiating a checkout transaction, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s native terms of service.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property Protection
You retain 100% legal ownership, copyright, and creative control of any screenplay text, plot details, or PDF scripts you upload to our platform. Your creative writing material is processed transiently via secure, encrypted cURL API protocols through the Google Gemini framework to assemble your evaluation report. We do not store, publish, sell, or distribute your creative files, and your text is never used to train public machine learning datasets.
5. User Accounts & Conduct
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their profile credentials and for all content shared through public portfolio links, group feeds, or private messaging channels. Users strictly agree to maintain professional etiquette and must not post illegal content, abusive material, false portfolio claims, or automated promotional spam. Film Industry Club reserves the absolute right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
