1. Nature of Digital Goods
Because the AI Script Doctor PRO engine processes computational tokens instantly upon payment validation to generate high-density analytical text, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a script data transmission initiates and processing begins.
2. Failed Transactions & Technical Errors
If a network drop, server timeout, or transaction failure occurs after money has been successfully deducted from your bank account or UPI app, please contact us immediately. Your funds are completely safe, and we will ensure you receive your service.
3. Resolution Protocol
In case of a technical delivery failure, send an email to our support desk at filmindustryclubofficial@gmail.com containing your Razorpay Payment ID. Once verified against our payment gateway backend logs, our team will manually re-run your processing credit pipeline. You can submit your script file directly to our team via email, and we will manually process and deliver your full AI script analysis report back to you as soon as possible.
